The process is straightforward. Customers initiate a bid with friends and neighbors regarding a task that needs completion. Contractors then bid on the entire group of leads. For customers, participating in a bid reduces costs as contractor expenses decrease. On the other hand, while the price per job decreases, contractors benefit from accessing a pool of customers rather than individual contracts.
To ensure privacy and trust, the process operates with anonymity. Neither party will have access to the other until verifications are complete and consent is given. Customers are responsible for paying for goods and services directly to their contractor. XYZ serves as a platform for this transaction. For contractors, XYZ charges a small transaction fee in exchange for customer leads. It's important to note that these are leads, not guaranteed contracts. Customers are not obligated to proceed with the business. In an effort to ensure your overall protection and satisfaction, we diligently vet leads to confirm genuine interest.

The eureka moment occurred in November 2019, after an unprecedented snowstorm hit the Northeast. It took down countless trees and limbs all around the neighborhood. By spring, once the snow had melted, our family was driving through our development and we said to each other, “We should put a door hanger on everyone’s door in the neighborhood and see if they all want to find the same tree service so we get a bulk price..." Thus, the idea was born.
